RPT (small group personal training)
Rotational Personal Training is a 45 minute program which allows you to book into a session every 15 minutes, 7 days a week. Unbelievable convenience and the best value small group personal training around!
Our RPT program is strength based, whilst keeping your heart rate up and comprises individualised sessions based on functional and low impact exercises that can be adjusted to suit your fitness needs and abilities. Starting every 15 minutes means more convenience and sessions to choose from, and running in conjunction with our group fitness classes.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Take Shape also offers the best in 1 on 1 personal training for when you need that little bit more.
Maximum focus on you and achieving your goals can be beneficial when first starting to learn proper technique and building a solid base of fitness. These can be conducted in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. 2 on 1 personal training is also available.
Not only do you get more flexibility in times and variety of trainers, but you also get accountability, support, affordability and some competitiveness (if it works for you).

Take Shape specialises in smaller group fitness classes that give you a great all-round workout. Our smaller classes mean that any limitations are catered for and you get lots of one on one attention from the instructors. Group fitness classes are fun and friendly – once you get to know your classmates the happy chatter and the laughs mean you barely notice the sweating!
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that combines principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. It is a slow and mindful practice that releases fascia and improves joint mobility, balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana (energy).
Core+ Stretch & Sweat
This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Increase your fitness level and flexibility and enjoy a full body sweat whilst working on developing core strength.

Core+ strengthen & tone
Suitable for those who enjoy slowing it down and holding intermediate positions for longer to develop abdominal strength. This class is designed to assist the body through everyday movement and other forms of exercise.
