Our studio is full of like-minded people just like you, this will help forge friendships and become apart of this community. Bootcamp

Love the outdoors? Want a great workout?

Our Bootcamp caters for all levels, with careful attention given to safe and effective technique. Our smaller groups will mean that you get the individual attention you need in order to succeed. Bootcamp is an awesome way to get fit and strong fast. Want to feel great? If you don’t mind rain, hail and sunshine this is for you.

Learn to run

We can take you to run 5 k’s or more safely and you will learn to love the energy and fitness you will be gaining!

Our learn to run program will teach you:
•    to run with good technique for extra speed and efficiency
•    how to breathe correctly
•    how to stretch and build the right muscle groups
•    different running techniques
•    and we will set you up to minimise problems through good biomechanics.

We gradually build distance and speed into the classes through the program, and by the end of you will be safely out there building strength and endurance.

Come and join us for this supportive, education-based weight loss program, helping you change behaviour and the relationship you have with food. Yoga

 

Do you need to relax?

Want to work on your flexibility?

We at Take Shape offer Yoga as a program. It is a slow paced, deeply relaxing style of Yoga practised as both seated & lying postures. Yin is suitable for absolute beginners to the more advanced yogi.
The poses or asana, are held for long periods of time, up to 5 minutes. The benefits of holding poses for the longer include increased flexibility as well as releasing both deep and superficial connective tissue.
The benefits are not only physical like all Yoga, Yin concentrates on being aware and mindful of your body & breath as you practice.
With an extended meditation at the end of each class, we guarantee that you’ll feel amazing and both your mind & body will thank you!

Group Fitness

Take Shape specializes in smaller group fitness classes that give you a great all-round workout. Our class numbers are what many other studios would try to call group personal training.

Yin Yoga

The benefits are not only physical like all Yoga, Yin concentrates on being aware and mindful of your body & breath as you practice.

Spin Classes

It will increase your fitness levels, burn fat, and tone and shape your legs, hips and butt. You will gain leg strength and muscular endurance without building bulk.
