What is the best part of being a personal trainer
Seeing that big change in clients lives, it could be losing 40 kilos, running a marathon, or just being full of energy and life.

Who motivates you or inspires you?
My granddad – he filled my early life with adventure and self-belief – something I love trying to pass on…

What makes you laugh?
My children! In soo many ways…

My favourite playtime activity?
Adventure races – that combination of intense physical activity with the mental challenge of navigating is just the best.
