John Sanderson

I have always had a passion for exercise.

Throughout school, my main areas of interest were running and rowing. Since leaving school and through my study of Physical Education I have also developed an understanding of the importance of all aspects of exercise and healthy eating.
Becoming a personal trainer has helped me to incorporate my two passions of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and my passion for the outdoors. I look forward to helping you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve!
