So, what is Yin Yoga?

It is a slow paced, deeply relaxing style of Yoga practised as both seated & lying postures. Yin is suitable for absolute beginners to the more advanced yogi.
The poses or asana, are held for long periods of time, up to 5 minutes. The benefits of holding poses for the longer include increased flexibility as well as releasing both deep and superficial connective tissue.
The benefits are not only physical like all Yoga, Yin concentrates on being aware and mindful of your body & breath as you practice.
With an extended meditation at the end of each class, we guarantee that you’ll feel amazing and both your mind & body will thank you!
