Alphington – Darebin Parklands
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am, 6:15am, 6:30am
(Saturdays at 8:30 am starting in October)
3 x 45 minute weekly sessions for 4 weeks for just $159
Sessions are open to everyone, men, women, and all levels of fitness. From team challenges to circuits, no two days will be the same. Each session will include full body exercises that will improve your strength, endurance and boost your metabolism. They will help you develop a strong, lean body, reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life.
Sessions will run at 6am, as the sun rises, between the serotonin released by exercise and the beauty of early morning sun you will start your day feeling on top of the world, and ready to take on anything!
Bootcamp Body Blitz will run three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6am) and each session will go for 45, making them easy to slot into any busy lifestyle. It only takes 28 days to form new habits, so early morning exercise will be your new best friend by the end!

Our fantastic trainer Jess will be running Bootcamp Body Blitz, and she will be able to accommodate any injuries and ensure you can still get the most out of each session.
Sessions will be held outdoors, in the Darebin parklands close to Take Shape Studios.
